SERVICES

The majority of our business comes from providing custom slaughter and butchering for local farmers. We process pork, lamb, emu, beef (over and under 30 months), and other red meats. We also have a retail store that is open 6 days a week. We sell beef, pork, some poultry, and ready-to-eat products such as summer sausage, and pepperettes.

  • Retail store open
    Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm, and Saturday 9am – 3pm
